In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Khirimore P.S. Case No. 73 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 326, 307, 302 of the IPC. 3. As per allegation, the petitioner committed murder of his father by inflicting knife blows. 4. The bail petition of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 18.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 24994 of 2024. 5. I do not see any reason to reconsider the earlier Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8135 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 order dated 18.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24994 of 2024. 6.
