Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "To direct the Learned Court of Learned Civil Judge F.T.C. (J.D.) Sultanpur to decide the Suit in Regular Suit No.1761/2022 namely "Shivram Gupta and others Vs. Ramkumar Giri" pending before Learned Court of Learned Civil Judge F.T.C. (J.D.) Sultanpur (Annexure no.1), expeditiously preferable within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice.' 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the Suit is of the year 2022, the petitioner is permitted to move an application for early hearing of the Suit before the court concerned, which shall be considered as per the administrative guidelines of this court. 4.
