Thereafter, the first respondent filed the final report and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.149 of 2024. But till now, no trial has been commenced. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that a petition has been filed before this Court seeking to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.149 of 2024 and the same is pending in Crl.O.P(MD)No.SR 42801 of 2024. The case in S.C.No.149 of 2024 is pending for framing of charges.
