The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Palkot P.S. Case No. 21 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.28 of 2025, S.T. Case No.08 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 307, 325, 323 & 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 376 & 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Gumla. During the intervening night of 16/17.04.2024, sister of the informant was found in an injured condition in the field of Thkratoli Sarna. The victim died during the course of her treatment. During the course of investigation, petitioner was apprehended and, on his confession, purse, Aadhar Card and other incriminating articles belonging to the victim were recovered. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) 25th September, 2025 BS/-
