To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to decide early the petitioner application dated 19/02/2025 send to opposite party no 2 to 3. The entire encroachment of land and house of opposite party no. 5 should be marked and removed by opposite party no. 2 to 4 to remove the illegal and unauthorized possession and construction and encroachment of opposite party no. 5 over Gram Sabha land illegally encroached upon Gata No. 408/2, area 0.0440 hectare, account No. 00314 (Uttar Pradesh Government) situated in village Sakrawan, Tehsil Gauriganj District Amethi removed has been encroached upon illegally. are being contained as ANNEXURE 1 & 2 to this writ petition." 2. Considering the prayer made, as the petitioner has an efficacious remedy of moving an application under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file an appropriate application. 3. In case such an application is filed, orders shall be passed on it in accordance with law within the time prescribed under the statute.
