The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 202/2022 arising out of Mandu (Kujju) P.S. Case No. 21/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 264/2022, for the offences registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 3 & 4 of the D.P. Act subsequently charge has been framed under Section 304(B) of the I.P.C. and alternative charge under Section 302 I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Ramgarh. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier twice rejected by co- ordinate Bench of this Court. 4. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased Shilpi Rani who died in unnatural death in her matrimonial home. 5. Report regarding the stage of trial and time required for its conclusion, earlier called for from the learned Trial Court, has been received. It appears that out of 07 charge-sheeted witnesses, 06 witnesses have already been examined. It further appears that trial is likely to be concluded within 4 months. 6. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2022. 7. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that trial is at fag end of its conclusion, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 8. Learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial and preferably conclude the same within four months from the next fixed for recording of the evidence. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
