3. Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Nagaur. ----Respondents For Appellant(s) : Mr. Ajay Choudhary For Respondent(s) :

Order 13/05/2025
1. Heard on admission.
2.
Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that merely because the case of the appellant-petitioner was an old one and appointments were made and posts were filled up, learned Single Judge could not have refused to examine the merits of the case.
Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that under the policy of 2003, appointments were given to similarly situated temporary Teacher Grade-III, who were appointed along with the appellant-petitioner but later on terminated in the year 1993.
3. It appears that after the Government’s policy was promulgated, certain appointments were made. However, there is
[2025:RJ-JP:20170-DB] (2 of 2) [SAW-365/2025] no averment in the petition that any person who had been appointed after the appellant or who had worked for a lesser period and was less meritorious as compared to the petitioner- appellant in terms of the policy circular of 2003 was appointed.
4. Therefore, even on merits, we are not inclined to extend any relief to the appellant.
5. The appeal is accordingly, dismissed.
