Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. Petitioner has approached this Court for the following main reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties not to harass the Petitioner and not to adopt any coercive measure against her. (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Police Authorities to ensure the security of Petitioner's life and property and prosecute the opposite party no.3 in terms of Indian Penal Code/BNS." 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that father of the petitioner could not appear before the Court today in furtherance of earlier order of this Court, but he has sent his statement stating that he has no objection in exercise of free will by his daughter and he will not in any manner interfere in the working of his daughter. In case petitioner is harassed in any manner by her family members, the police authorities shall forthwith take cognizance of the same and shall take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 4. Meanwhile, if the petitioner wants to pick-up her documents from her home, the concerned Police Station shall cooperate and provide necessary help to the petitioner. 5. The petitioner also assures the Court that she will try to mend her relationship with her father. 6. With the aforesaid, present writ petition stands disposed of. .
