1. Heard.
2. The petitioner claims to have purchased the house in question by sale-deed in 2007, however, she was never recorded in the municipal records. She has challenged the order dated 03.08.2018 by which the name of Ram Chandra Saini who was recorded in the municipal records in respect of the house in question has been struck off and in his place the name of Ram Saheli wife of late Ram Chandra Saini and Anmol Saini son of late Ram Chandra Saini have been mutated. The petitioner claims right in respect of the land in question and also to be recorded based on the sale-deed of 2007. She can take recourse to the procedure prescribed in law, but, we see no reason to interfere with the impugned order, especially as, neither Ram Saheli nor Anmol Saini have been impleaded as opposite parties herein and the mutation entries are only for the financial purposes and do not by themselves decide the question of title or possession. Our order shall not be treated as affirming the action of the opposite parties and it is open for the petitioner to pursue other remedies to get his rights settled.
3. The writ petition is disposed of. [Om Prakash Shukla, J.] [Rajan Roy, J.] Order Date :- 21.5.2025 Santosh/- Digitally signed by :- SANTOSH KUMAR High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
