As fairly conceded by learned counsel for the appellants in RSA Nos.2195 and 2255 of 1995 that the First Appellate Court vide order dated 23.08.1995 had directed to restore the entries of the revenue record as prior to the impugned muta/on in favour of the defendants. It had been directed further that entries of the revenue record a1er restoring to status quo ante prior to the passing of the impugned judgment and decree, the Collector or the competent authority under Punjab Village Common Lands (Regula/on) Act would be competent to consider the arguments of the defendants-appellants for the purpose of trea/ng the suit land as shamlat deh or not. 3. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that in view of the aforesaid findings of the First Appellate Court, the appellants are at liberty to approach the competent revenue authority and therefore, appellants wish to withdraw the present appeals, so as to approach the competent authority. 4. Learned opposite counsel has no objec/on to that effect. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, all the aforesaid appeals are disposed of with liberty to the appellant(s) to approach the competent revenue authority as per judgment passed by the First Appellate Court.
