While so, seeking no objection certificate from the respondents, the petitioner sent the representation dated 11.03.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner sent the representation, dated 11.03.2025. Therefore, they are unable to proceed with the petitioner's request.
