Raghunandan Rao) The petitioner had filed the present Writ of Habeas Corpus before this Court for production of his daughter, who is said to be missing. 2. Both the petitioner and the alleged detenue are present before us today. The detenue states that she had left her house because she was interested to her pursue her 3. being pressurised to marry whereas she was education. The alleged detenue is a graduate in B.A. in English Literature and seeks to pursue her studies in Chennai. The alleged detenue has also stated RRR, J & Dr. KMR, J W.P.No.7943of2025 2 that she has come back to her father’s house on her own free will but is not interested in getting married until she completes her education. The petitioner states that he is open to any choice that the alleged detenue may make and is ready to get her married if she choses to get married or to support her educational career if she choses to pursue her further education. However, the petitioner also states that he is not willing to support the alleged detenue to pursue her education in Tamil Nadu and that he is willing to support, if she will continue her education in Andhra Pradesh. 4. These are issues which are outside the purview of this Court in a 5. Writ of Habeas Corpus. In such circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of recording the above facts and leaving it open to the petitioner and the alleged detenue to sort out their differences.
