Niranjan, learned GA for the State respondents and Ms. Pamchui, learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 (Union of India). [2] By the present application, the applicants prayed for restoring of W.P. (C) No. 421 of 2025 along with MC(W.P. (C)) No. 403 of 2025. It is submitted that vide order dated 31.10.2025 passed by this Court in W.P. (C) No. 441 of 2025 and connected matters, the present writ petition and connected matters were also disposed of. It is clarified that the subject matter of the writ petition being W.P. (C) No. 421 of 2025 and MC(W.P. (C)) No. 403 of 2025 are different from the remaining writ petition disposed of by order dated 31.10.2025. It is prayed that this writ petition and connected applications may be restored in the original file. [3] Mr. S. Niranjan, learned GA as well as Ms. Pamchui, learned counsel for the Union of India fairly submit that the application may be allowed. This Court has also perused the application and materials on record and is satisfied that the subject matter of W.P. (C) No. 421 of 2025 and MC(W.P. (C)) No. 403 of 2025 are different from the other writ petition and connected writ petition disposed of by order dated 31.10.2025.
