Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS thereby commanding he opp. Parties specially the opp. party No. 1to 3 to remove the illegal encroachment/ possession of the opp. party no. 4&5 from the chak marg bearing land land gata No. 204/0.019 hec. situated at village Mahuli, pargana and Tahsil Patti, District Pratapgarh with immediate effect so that the petitioner could come and go to his land/field and also his house easily." 2. Considering the report of the Tehsildar which is on record at Page - 19, steps are being taken for construction of RCC road as sanctioned. In view thereof, no further directions are required. 3.
