The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Burmu P.S. Case No. 03/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 308(3), 308(5), 308(4) & 61(2) of the B.N.S. 2023, Section 25(1-A), 25(1-B)(a), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act & Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of Ms. Paridhi Sharma, learned J.M. 1st Class- XXVI, Ranchi. 3. During the intervening period of 11/12.01.2025, Burmu police apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons from Chaingarha (Khuter) field. On search, a loaded country made pistol is alleged to have been recovered from possession of this petitioner. 4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that petitioner has got criminal antecedent. Petitioner is accused in as many as 13 cases. 5.
