A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the opposite parties to conduct the enquiry against Gram Pradhan- opposite party no.6 and Gram Sachiv and other responsible officers within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon instructions states that an inquiry Committee has already been constituted who are in process of conducting the inquiry. 4. In view of above, it is expected that the inquiry shall be concluded expeditiously and in accordance with law. 5. The writ petition is disposed off in the above terms. 6.
