The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the second respondent has not received any complaint from the petitioner. 3. As per the records, the petitioner sent a representation to the first respondent and no any complaint is received by the second respondent from the petitioner so far. 4.
