Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R.K.D. Choudhury, learned DSGI for the respondents. Mr. R.K.D. Choudhury, learned DSGI for the respondents submits that the appeal preferred by the petitioner has been disposed of by the Appellate Authority by appellate order dated 15.12.2023. The learned counsel for the petitioner on the other hand submits that the same however, is not served immediately on the petitioner therefore, they were not aware of the disposing of the appeal at the time of the present writ petition has been filed. The learned DSGI has served a copy of the order on the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order being passed, the said order will be required to be assailed separately, therefore, the present writ petition is not pressed. Accordingly, WP(C) No. 2855/2025 is dismissed as not pressed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. Pending Interlocutory Application, if any is also dismissed.
