With the consent of the parties present before the Court, the matter is being disposed of. As no adverse order is being passed against respondent No.3, therefore, no notice is 2 being issued to the said respondent. 3. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- i) “That respondent No.2, 3 and 4 may kindly be directed to decide the representations of the present petitioner Annexure P-2, dated 19.11.2022, Annexure P-3 dated 19.11.2022 Annexure P-5 dated 22.02.2023, Annexure P-8 dated 02.04.2024 and 08.04.2024, Annexure P- 10 and P-11 within time bound period. ii) The respondent No.2 and 3 may kindly be directed to conduct the valuation of the damaged land, two residential houses including the bathroom and cow shed of the petitioner in order to assess the damages, caused on account of the four-land construction work at Thalout by- pass, Tehsil Aut, District Mandi, H.P.” 4. The Court stands informed that the State Government has constituted a Committee vide notification dated 08.06.2020 to look into the grievance of the persons, who claim damage to their property situated outside the Right to Way. As the property of the petitioner purportedly affected by the construction of the National Highway is also stated to be outside the Right to Way, therefore, as prayed for this petition is disposed of with the direction that in the event of the petitioner filing any representation before the said Committee within a period of four weeks from today that the same be decided by 3 giving an opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders within a period of eight weeks as from the date of the receipt thereof. 5.
