The present petition has been filed alleging that despite the presence of the counsel for the respondents, the trial court did not pass any order on the injunction application and has fixed the matter for disposal of the injunction application on 08.04.2025. 3. It is argued that on one hand, the injunction appliction is not being disposed off and on the other hand, the respondents are trying to interfere with the possession of the petitioner. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed off directing the Trial Court to decide the injunction application positively on 08.04.2025. 5. Till the disposal of the injunction application, the parties shall maintain status-quo. 6. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on merits, which shall be seen by the trial court while deciding the injunction application.
