Hon'ble Brij Raj Singh,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for petitioners at length and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 16.10.2024, bearing F.I.R./Case Crime No.0794 of 2024, for the offence under Section 108 of B.N.S., 2023, registered at Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Gonda. 3. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no case for abetment of suicide is made out against the petitioners as petitioner no.1 is sister of the main accused, petitioner no.2 is brother-in-law of the main accused and petitioner no.3 is the brother of the main accused. 4. We have perused the F.I.R., the dying declaration note of the victim as well as the complaint made by the victim to the police. From a perusal of the same, it is clear that all the three petitioners have played an important role in the suicide of the victim along with the main accused. 5. In view thereof, at this stage, this Court cannot go into the details of the evidence, which can only be looked into at the stage of trial. Thus, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter. 6. The writ petition is dismissed. .
