The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) (1) Direct the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), District-Sitapur to decide/dispose of the application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 C.P.C. pending before him filed in Regular Suit No. 186 of 2024 "Medai alias Medi Lal Versus Awadhesh Kumar and others" within a period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
