The present petition has been filed challenging an award of Permanent Lok Adalat, whereby the claim of the petitioner for grant of compensation against respondent was rejected. 3. The claim as filed indicated that the husband of the petitioner no.1, came in contact with the electricity while switching off the motor and died unfortunately. There is no allegation that the role of the Electricity Department was there to suggest a public fraud. 4. In absence of being allegation of a public fraud, no compensation can be directed to be paid by the respondent- Power Corporation, no error can be seen from the impugned order warranting interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 5.
