JUSTICE S.G.PANDIT) In the above writ petition, the petitioner is before this Court aggrieved by the order dated 22.10.2024, in Application No.4557/2024, passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, Bengaluru (for short ‘the KSAT’), wherein the petitioner’s challenge to the order of suspension is rejected. 2. Heard learned Senior Counsel, Sri.S.P. KulKarni for Sri.Srikanth Patil K, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA Sri.B.Ravindranath, for the respondents. Perused the entire writ petition records. 3. At the outset, the learned AGA files a memo dated 27.06.2025, enclosing two separate orders where under suspension of the petitioner is revoked under order dated 16.05.2025. In view of the revocation of suspension of the petitioner, the writ petition would no more survive for consideration and stands disposed of. All the contentions of the parties are left open.
