For Petitioner : Mr.S.Prabha For Respondents 1 to 3 : Mrs.K.Malathi Additional Government Pleader 1/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD)No.7902 of 2025 O R D E R The petitioner seeks issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2025. 2.It is seen from the records that the fourth respondent approached this Court in W.P.(MD)No.15754 of 2024, seeking survey to be conducted in respect of lands comprised in S.No.43/1A, situated at Nagarasampettai Village, Kumbakonam Taluk, Thanjavur District. The said Writ Petition was disposed of, on 15.07.2024, permitting survey subject to certain conditions. It is also seen that the petitioner herein filed W.P.(MD)No.24813 of 2024, to direct the respondents to consider his representation dated 20.09.2024, raising objections regarding the survey to be conducted at the instance of the petitioner in the earlier referred Writ Petition. The said Writ Petition was disposed of, holding that the survey to be conducted in pursuance of the order dated 15.07.2024, would not bind or affect the merits of the writ petitioner in the pending suit. 3.Now, the petitioner states that in terms of the earlier order dated 15.07.2024, survey has already been conducted and thereafter, the petitioner has made representation for issuance of 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD)No.7902 of 2025 chitta and adangal. The said representation is pending and I do not find the suit filed by the petitioner himself in O.S.No.158 of 2024, coming in the way of consideration of the said application of the petitioner for issuing chitta and adangal. Therefore, the third respondent shall independently consider the petitioner's application dated 15.03.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law and if necessary, after hearing the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent and pass orders within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
