Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:18209-DB Court No. - 10 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 2258 of 2025 Petitioner :- Vivek Kumar Alias Veeru Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Secy. Home Deptt. Lko. And Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Afrin Bano Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Vivek Chaudhary,J. Hon'ble Brij Raj Singh,J. Two supplementary affidavits filed by learned counsel for the petitioner are taken on record. Learned AGA at the initial stage only objects that petitioner is having a criminal history of 14 cases while none of them have been explained in the writ petition. It is mandatory to give details of the criminal history while filing a writ petition. The writ petition is bereft of any pleadings with regard to criminal history of the petitioner. Thus, we are convinced that criminal history has been concealed by the petitioner in the present case. The writ petition is dismissed for the said reason. Order Date :- 2.4.2025 Pks ( Brij Raj Singh, J.) ( Vivek Chaudhary, J.) Digitally signed by :- POOJA SETH High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
