Counsel for the appellant would submit that now the parties have amicably settled the dispute, therefore, a joint Compromise Application (IA 1 of 2025) is filed by the appellant and respondents with the averments that a compromise deed has been executed between the appellant and the respondents on 20.01.2025, which is annexed with the compromise application; that, the present appeal be disposed of in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties. He would further submit that the parties are present in the Court. 3. In view of the above, without entering into the merits of appeal, this Court is of considered opinion that when both parties have entered into a compromise and have agreed to abide by the terms and conditions of the compromise, therefore, no useful purpose would be served by keeping this appeal pending. 4. Accordingly, present appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties. 5. Compromise application stands disposed of accordingly.
