Mr. Suneet Goel, Sr. Advocate, with Mr. Vivek Negi, Mr. Rajesh Kumar and Mr. Sunil Kr. Singh, Advocate, for the applicant/respondent. By way of instant application, prayer has been made on behalf of applicant/respondent for release of award amount lying deposited with the Registry of this Court. 2. Though by way of filing reply to the application, afore prayer has been opposed on the ground that in the event of appeal being allowed, it may be difficult to recover the amount, however, having carefully perused order dated 31.12.2025 passed by Principal Division Bench of this Court in CARBA No.15 of 2025, tilted as Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Limited Vs. HCL Infotech Ltd., this Court is persuaded to agree with Mr. Suneet Goel, learned Senior Counsel representing the applicant/respondent that amount lying deposited with the Registry of this Court has been already ordered to be released subject to furnishing bank guarantee and undertaking. 3. Having carefully perused order dated 31.12.2025, this Court sees no necessity to pass any order in the instant application, rather same is disposed of in terms of order dated 31.12.2025 passed by the Principal Division Bench of this Court in case, detailed hereinabove. 4. Registry is directed to do the needful in terms of order dated 31.12.2025 passed by Principal Division Bench of this Court expeditiously, subject to furnishing bank guarantee and undertaking.
