Das, the learned Addl. Public prosecutor, Assam. 2. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 whereby the petitioner Sanidul Islam has prayed for releasing him on bail after he was arrested in connection with Nagarbera P.S. Case No.23/2025. 3. The petitioner was having a relationship with a 17 year old girl. She used to move around the town with the present petitioner. She had physical relationship with him also. Her parents did not know all those things. When she became pregnant everything came to light. She even delivered a baby girl. 4. In her statement under Section 183 of the BNSS, 2023, the victim girl had supported the prosecution story. 5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides in the light of the materials available with the record. 6. Under the given circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner no longer deserves to be detained in custody. His bail application is allowed. 7. The petitioner Sanidul Islam who was arrested in connection with Nagarbera P.S. Case No.23/2025, shall be released on bail of ₹25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Special Judge (POCSO), Kamrup, Amingaon. 8.
