The present petition has been filed seeking a mandamus for deciding the Claim Petition No.271 of 2024 pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow. 3. It is stated that despite sufficient time having elapsed, the respondent is not filing the written statement. 4. Considering the said submission, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file an application for early disposal of the claim petition and in case, no written statement has been filed, the family court would be at liberty at proceed ex-parte and shall endevour to conclude the hearing of the case expeditiously in accordance with law.
