However, the 4th respondent has not taken any steps regarding the complaint of the petitioner. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that there is no endorsement on the complaint allegedly submitted by the petitioner on 10.02.2025. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would file a fresh representation to the 4th respondent. 5.
