The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) to issue an appropriate order or direction expeditious disposal of Original Suit no.1508 of 2016 filed on 22.10.2016, suit for Cancellation of Will Deed dated 13.08.2007 pending before the respondent no.1 i.e. Civil Judge (Junior Division), District Pratapgarh within a stipulated time frame, considering the nature of dispute and pendency since 2016 in the interest of justice. " 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid suit expeditiously without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties, in accordance with law.
