The present petition has been filed challenging the order whereby the request of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground to the fair price shop was rejected on the ground that there a pendency of a criminal case against him. 4. A supplementary affidavit has been filed indicating that the brother of the petitioner has prefer an application for appointment on 24.04.2025, which is said to be pending before the respondent no.3. 5. The present petition is disposed off directing the respondent no.3 to process the application filed by the brother of the petitioner and pass order in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of six weeks form the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
