By means of the present application, the applicant has assailed/impeached the order dated 19.02.2025 passed by the Special Judge, E.C. Act/ Addl. District Judge Court no. 4, Unnao (in short "Court") in Special session Trial no. 1977 of 2024 (State of U. P. Vs. Ashish). Vide order dated 19.02.2025, the Court rejected the application preferred by the applicant seeking discharge. State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Home Affairs Lko. And Another), on being confronted, learned counsel for the applicant states that the present application be consigned to records and the applicant, before the Court concerned, would avail the benefit of law laid down by Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, (2022) 10 S.C.R. 351 : (2022) 10 SCC 51 and Musheer Alam vs. State of Uttar Pradesh and Another, 2025 SCC OnLine SC 116. Learned AGA has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant. In view the aforesaid, the present application is consigned to records.
