The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed, that the Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased, to direct the Opposite Party No.01/ Ld. Court, of Civil Judge (Sr.Div.) Court no. 03, Hardoi, to decide the Suit, bearing Civil Suit, no. 285 /2021, titled as "Faizan Mustafa and others Vs Smt. Khalida Begam and Another" and decide the Application for Recall of Order dated 18.07.2022, bearing paper no. 30-Ga, Order 7 Rule 11 Paper No.31 Ga preferred by the petitioners/defendants pending before the opposite party no.1/Ld. Court, Additional Civil Judge (S.D.) Court no. 03 Hardoi, expeditiously within stipulated time, in the interest of justice, otherwise the petitioners shall suffer irreparable loss and injury, which cannot be made good in any event. " 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the two pending applications with all expedition, preferably within a period of two months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
