This is second writ petition as first writ petition bearing Writ - C No.10198 of 2024 has been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 28.11.2024. 3. The contention of counsel for the petitioner is that he had moved an application alleging that he has done certain works for which, entire payment was not made and the payment was wrongly made to someone else. My attention is drawn towards documents contained the page no.20, wherein no payment were found to be payable to the petitioner. 4. Considering the fact that there is a disputed question of fact raised in the present writ petition, the forum operate is an inappropriate forum for deciding the said dispute, the petitioner would be at liberty to file a suit for recovery of the amount, if so advised, in accordance with law. 5.
