This is an application for regular bail. Subsequently, on account of demise of applicant’s mother, prayers are amended with permission of the Court to enable the applicant to visit his home. 2. Learned counsel submits that even father of applicant is currently admitted in hospital and taking treatment, and therefore he seeks temporary bail. 3. Learned APP opposes on the ground of possibility of misuse of liberty. 4. Heard. Perused the papers, including the certificate issued by crematorium showing that mother of applicant, i.e. late Kantabai Shesherao Kharat has died on 03.04.2025. Thus, apparently, applicant lost his mother while he was in prison. Papers of General Hospital, Parbhani, regarding admission of father of applicant are also placed on record. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that at least, applicant be granted temporary bail on account of loss of his 2025:BHC-AUG:10517 972-BA-527-2025 -2- mother and also to arrange for proper treatment of his father. Considering the above limited prayer, following order is passed : ORDER I. Prayer for temporary bail is hereby granted. II. Applicant be released on temporary bail forthwith till 15.04.2025 in connection with crime no. 0450 of 2024 registered with Kotwali Police Station, District Parbhani, on executing Personal Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount, on the following conditions : [a] Applicant shall report Kotwali Police Station, District Parbhani every evening between 07.00 p.m. to 08.00 p.m. each day during temporary bail, i.e. since his release up to 14.04.2025. [b] Applicant shall surrender himself to the jail authorities around 12.00 noon on 15.04.2025. [c] Applicant shall not make contact with informant or his family and shall not misuse liberty during above period in any manner, which would be prejudicial to the interest of informant and his family. III. The application is accordingly disposed off. The applicant shall be at liberty to file fresh bail application at later point of time. IV. Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
