The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed to quash the order dated 13.09.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 6, Azamgarh in Criminal Revision/ 1000101/ 2022, (Susheel Rai Vs. State of U.P. and another), under Sections 323, 325, 504 of I.P.C., Police Station- Devgaon, District- Azamgarh, whereby the revisional court affirmed the order dated 25.11.2022 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 10 Azamgarh, whereby the applicant summoned under Sections 323, 325, 504, 506 of I.P.C. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
