None appears of the petitioner Ms. Akansha Dubey, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has written instruction from the Sub-Registrar, Ramsanehighat, District- Barabanki that under Section 34 and 35 of the Registration Act, 1908 the Sub-Registrar is entitled to arrive at a satisfaction as to genuineness of the transaction before taking a document for registration. The written instruction dated 17.03.2025 is taken on record. We accept this contention and dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Sub-Registrar to do needful if the Gift Deed is presented for registration as per law unless there is any legal impediment in this regard.
