Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order of cancellation of the fair price shop license of the petitioner. 3. Learned Standing counsel raises preliminary objection that against the said order, an appeal is prescribed. 4.Considering and upholding the said objection of the learned Standing Counsel, the petitioner is relegated to the remedy of preferring an appeal against the said order. In case, an appeal is filed within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be decided on merits and shall not be dismissed on the ground of limitation. 5.
