By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking limited prayer to the respondent for early decision of the representation which has been filed by the petitioner on 27.12.2024, pursuance to the order dated 22.11.2024 passed by this Court in WPC No. 1527/2013. 2. Learned counsel for the State would submit that the representation is still pending before the competent authority, the same shall be decided within a period of 60 days. 3.
