The Court made the following Order:
1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the 5th respondent are wedded pair, and that there are marital disputes pending between them, which are being adjudicated before the Family Court, Guntur. It is submitted that the petitioner is in custody of the children, and at the behest of the 5th respondent, the 4th respondent is insisting that the petitioner to settle the disputes.
2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 submits that the 4th respondent is in the process of family counseling and the petitioner was summoned to the Police Station.
3. Recording the same, there shall be a direction to respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to disturb the peace of the petitioner. It is left open for the petitioner and the 5th respondent to redress their grievance before the appropriate Court.
4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
