The present Writ Petitioner has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer: “Therefore it is humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition, issue notice to the opp. party to show cause as to why the case of the petitioner shall not be allowed. And after hearing a direction may be given to the opposite party not to sell the vehicle of the petitioner and to consider the case of the petitioner for reschedule the loan account No. 35646195462 dtd.30.03.2016 and Acc. No.35368578578326 of the petitioner by adding the over dues as a fresh loan and to defer the payment by extending the loan period of one year more and release the vehicle vide Regd. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2/Bank submits that since the matter is pending before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Cuttack, the Writ Petition filed by the present Petitioner is not maintainable. 5. Considering the facts and submissions made, the Petitioner is directed to pursue the matter before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Cuttack. In such event, the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Cuttack shall take steps to dispose of the matter within a period of six months from the date of presentation of an authenticated copy of this order. 6.
