The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that despite the petitioner arguing for grant of injunction, no order has been passed and the matter was directed to be listed on 21.03.2025. 3. Considering the said submission, the petition is disposed of directing the Civil Judge (Junior Division) to pass orders on the injunction application on the next date, i.e., 21.03.2025 positively or trial court in any case shall decide the injunction application within a period of four weeks from today. 4. Till the decision on the injunction application, no third party right shall be created by the respondents.
