“10.1 That, the Honble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire record pertaining to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 That, the Honble Court may kindly be pleased
-2- to allow the petition and direct the trial court to obtained the demarcation report from the concern Tehsildar at the earliest and thereafter decide the case within a time frame of four months since the original suit was instituted 24.04.2006, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted.” 2) At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the concerned Tehsildar has already submitted demarcation report before the concerned Court and accordingly, the instant writ petition has become infructuous. 3) Recording the submission made by Mr. Patel, this writ petition is dismissed being rendered infructuous.
