It is further that at the instance of Respondent Nos.6 and 7, Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are trying to convert the subject property into the non-agricultural land. On coming to know about the said fact, the petitioner has made a representation, dated 22.03.2025 to Respondent No.3 claiming his right over the land admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.29 cents in Sy.No.457-1. Despite the said representation, Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are taking steps to convert the subject land into non-agricultural land at the instance of Respondent Nos.6 and 7. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed. case Sri D.Krishna Murthy, learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.6 and 7 would submit that they have purchased an extent of Ac.0.19 cents in Sy.No.457/1 by virtue of registered sale deed. He would further contend that, the petitioner cannot have any objection if the lands purchased by respondent Nos.6 & 7 are converted from agricultural to non agricultural. This Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the matter. 2. 3. Taking into consideration the above submissions made by both learned counsel, instead of keeping the writ petition pending, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the 2^'^ respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 22.03.2025 made by the petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of 3 receipt of the order, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and as well as to Respondent Nos.6 and 7.
