The instant petition has been preferred seeking following main relief:- "(i) Direct the opposite party No. 1 that he consider and decide the case No. 4950/2022, computerized Case No. T202204040304950 "Report Lekhpal Vs. Hazi Anish Ahmad and others" within reasonable time as early as possible." Considering the earlier order dated 18.09.2023 passed by this Court in Writ-B No. 273 of 2023 (Hazi Anees Ahmad Thru.Attorney Holder Smt.Shamshad Bano vs. State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy. Deptt. Of Revenue Lko. And 3 Others), wherein, this Court had observed that it is expected from the opposite party No.3/Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Tanda, District Ambedkar Nagar, to conclude the proceedings expeditiously and also that till date, the proceedings in issue have not been concluded for various reasons including on account of Call of Bar, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1 to consider and decide the Case No. 4950/2022, computerized Case No. T202204040304950 most expeditiously after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties to the litigation and without granting any adjournment to either party preferably within a period of six months from the next date fixed in the case, if there is no other legal impediment in this regard. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either party on merits and the Authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law. With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
