In the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the select list drawn and issued by the respondent no. 3 pertaining to the respondent no. 5 qua the post of Anganwari Worker in Anganwari Centre at Ganaipora of Panchayat Halqua Challer Tehsil Gandoh District Doda, with a further prayer that the respondent nos. 1 to 4 shall select and appoint the petitioner against the said post. 2. Objections to the petition have been filed, wherein it is being inter-alia stated that petitioner stands selected/appointed as Anganwari Worker for Anganwari Centre Gani Mohallah Challar in terms of Order no ICDS/G/Selection/539-42 dated 30.04.2012 and that, as such, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. 3. Having regard to the aforesaid stand taken by the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks disposal of the instant petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of along with connected application.
