The petitioners allege interference by the police authorities, whereas, the standing counsel says that there is a dispute between the petitioners who claim to have a patta over certain land forming part of Gata No. 693 Minjumla whereas the other private parties are claiming rights in respect of Gata No. 694. The Revenue officials have visited the spot and conducted some exercise as there was a law and order problem, therefore, the parties have been challaned by the police and it is interfering only to maintain the law and order. 3. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioners should avail other remedies as may be prescribed in law. 4. The petition is disposed of.
