Faizabad District Faizabad Ayodhya to expeditiously decide the pending application No. 87 of 2023 dt.11.12.2023 filed under Order 39 Rule 2-A of CPC in Original Suit No. 282 of 2023 (Maina Devi & Ors vs. Muskan & Others), registered as 45 of 2023 with CNR No. UPFZ050010242023, filed by the petitioners in the interest of justice. Copy of the application dt. 11.12.2023 under Order 39 Rule 2-A of CPC is annexed herewith as Annexure No.1 to this petition." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, in accordance with law. 4.
